    We offer morning and evening classes 6 days a week and class duration is 60 minutes. 

  • Is CMJJ Fit suitable for weight loss or strength training?

    Absolutely—whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or improve endurance, CMJJ Fit caters to all.

  • What equipment or gear do I need to participate?

    Comfortable athletic wear, water, and gloves, hand wraps and Shin guards for striking the bags; gear recommendations can be provided.

  • Who are the instructors for the CMJJ Fit program?

    Experienced instructors trained in martial arts and fitness, ensuring safe, effective, and motivating workouts.

  • Is there a trial option to see if CMJJ Fit is right for me and can I bring a friend to try the classes out with me?
