Lastest News - Updated: August 07, 2008 Latest Update - Triangle Choke II Seminar and Machado Brothers Camp Dear friends and students, please take notice of what is happening at the Machado Academy: CARLOS MACHADO “TRIANGLE CHOKE II” SEMINAR FROM 11AM TO 1PM THIS SAT. AUG. 9TH! After a great time and tons of techniques, students from the Machado Academy and other gyms are gathering one more time to take part on the two hour session “TRANGLE CHOKE 2” class, starting this Saturday, August 9th, at 11am. The class will be broken down in the following manner: Finishing skills, combination finishing skills, how to break the posture skills, countering stacking and slamming, the 4 scenario set up (guard, sidemount, mount and back). FIVE MACHADO BROTHERS CAMP IN SOUTH CAROLINA FROM OCT 2ND TO THE 5TH. ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW AVAILABLE! Carlos, Roger, Rigan, Jean Jacques and John will join forces again to bring to the table plenty of techniques for all students and fans of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Each brother will have a script and a topic, training a crowd of enthusiastic participants for 6 hrs each day, totaling 22 hrs of continuous training and drilling between Thursday Oct. 2nd until Sunday, Oct. 5th.
